Barry Bichler

Barry Bichler has been producing aviation and defense-related art professionally for fifteen years. He is a graduate of both New York’s Pratt Institute and College of Aeronautics and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate. He flies as often as he can. NATO Tiger Meet depicts an F-16A of the 31st Squadron of the Belgian Air Force as it was painted for the 1985 Tiger Meet, which was hosted by Kleine-Brogel Air Base in Belgium. "I chose this subject because the paint scheme looked great," Bichler says. "I like unusual paint schemes, and this is definitely one of the most unusual for the F-16."
