The 100th member of the C-130J Super Hercules family rolled off the production line at Lockheed Martin in Marietta, Georgia, on 17 February. Coming just more than seven years after the inaugural flight of the first C-130J, the 100th aircraft, an HC-130J, is slated for delivery to the US Coast Guard this spring. More than 1,500 employees in Marietta and hundreds of suppliers around the world work on the C-130J program, now the fifth most produced version in the Hercules lineage.
