Tucson ANG Breaks Record

These four members from the 162nd FW of the Arizona ANG at Tucson, Arizona, flew the largest number of flying hours ever flown in an F-16 four-ship formation—13,041 hours. The record broke in a flyby at the Davis-Monthan AFB Open House during Aerospace and Arizona Days last November. The happy Viper drivers are Maj. Nicolas W. Anderson (3,599 hours), Maj. Mark Decesari (3,313 hours), Lt. Col. Kurt Tek (3,126 hours), and Maj. Rex Carpenter (3,003 hours).
