Stork Delivers

Stork Aerospace delivered the wire assembly and the in-flight opening doors for the first conventional takeoff and landing F-35 Joint Strike Fighter to Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, respectively, in November. The deliveries form part of the contracts awarded to the Dutch aerospace industry by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman in the system development and demonstration phase of the JSF program, in which the Netherlands is participating. The joint contract value for the more than twenty Dutch companies and institutes involved in the project totals more than $275 million, with Stork's share totaling nearly $161 million.
