Blue And Gold Raptor Pilot

Blue And Gold Raptor Pilot Navy Lt. Cmdr. Michael Wosje, a former Top Gun instructor pilot, has become the first US pilot with wings of gold to fly the F-22 Raptor. Through a program that allows Navy pilots to train with the Air Force, this former F/A-18C pilot from the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) is now flying with the 59th Test and Evaluation Squadron at Nellis AFB, Nevada. He is currently a Raptor project manager flying test and evaluation missions in the F-22. His exchange tour is expected to last three years. Wosje, a fourteen-year veteran, has more than 2,100 flying hours in the Hornet.
