Beesley Retires From F-22 Program

Jon Beesley flew his last flight in the F-22 to end a long and illustrious career as both a fighter pilot and a test pilot. He made many contributions to military aviation during his career, beginning with his flight testing of the F-117 Nighthawk followed by more than fourteen years of work on the YF-22 and the F-22. Beesley, a skilled aviator and dedicated aeronautical engineer, is moving to a management position in the Block 60 F-16 program for the United Arab Emirates.
