Perhaps the most elaborate F-16 toy ever produced, the GhostStriker F-16 provides hours of make-believe war-making fun for tots of any age (5 and up, that is, because of potential choking hazards). The X-16 comes with "Ace," a small, though indigestible, machinegun-toting pilot. The airplane has plenty of room for another action figure in the back seat. A built-in flashlight projects a variety of targets on the wall. The aircraft can carry six orange missiles, which are launched from two green wing pylons. Lowering a handle imbedded in the fuselage turns on several lights, including the target projector and the wingtip lights, and activates engine noise. Pulling the trigger on the handle emits gun sounds and flashes two wing-pod lights that bathe projected target images in red. Raising the handle back into the belly of the plane shuts off the sound and turns off the lights. GhostStriker requires 4 AA batteries (not included. Like most faux F-16s, the X-16 is made in China.
