Super Galaxy No. 11

The eleventh C-5 was inducted into the C-5M Super Galaxy modification line on 1 February 2012. Based at Dover AFB, Delaware, this aircraft has been used to support operations around the globe and has delivered cargo to locations such as Iraq, Italy, Germany, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Spain, and Turkey. This C-5B (Air Force serial number 86-0017) has accumulated more than 18,000 flight hours and more than 4,300 full-stop landings. It is scheduled to be redelivered as a C-5M next year.
