Schoolhouse Combat King II

A new HC-130J Combat King II personnel recovery aircraft for the 415th Special Operations Squadron at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, (Air Force serial number 09-5706) was flown from the Lockheed Martin facility in Marietta, Georgia, to the base in Albuquerque, on 15 November 2012. This HC-130J is one of three aircraft that will be assigned to the HC/MC-130J Special Operations training squadron at Kirtland. It is one of fifteen HC-130Js currently scheduled to be delivered to Air Education and Training Command and Air Combat Command units. The HC-130J replaces the HC-130P/N as the only dedicated fixed-wing personnel recovery platform in US Air Force inventory.
