First Israeli C-130J Debuts

The first C-130J for the Israeli Air Force was towed out of the paint hanger at the Lockheed Martin facility in Marietta, Georgia, on 1 March 2013. This is the first of three initial C-130Js for the IAF, which currently operates C-130Es and Hs. The aircraft is scheduled to be flown in April. The IAF is expected to receive its first C-130J by midyear.
