The 200th C-130J Super Hercules built, an HC-130J for the US Air Force, was flown for the first time on 10 August 2010 from the Lockheed Martin facility adjoining Dobbins ARB in Marietta, Georgia. Scheduled for delivery later this year, this is the second of twenty-one HC- or MC-130J aircraft on contract that will begin recapitalization of the US Air Force’s aging MC-130 special mission and HC-130 fixed-wing personnel recovery fleets. The C-130J is flown by active duty Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps crews in the United States and is flown or is on order with twelve international operators in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
