On 8 January 2015, representatives of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, or AFP, conducted a second inspection of two US KC-130T tanker aircraft at NAS JRB Fort Worth Texas. Following this inspection, Maj. Gen. Victor Bayani, Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics for AFP, signed a Letter of Offer and Acceptance on behalf of his government to procure the aircraft. The anticipated delivery date is in early 2016.
