Lockheed Martin C-130 Program employees, sporting red shirts as a visible symbol of their support for the US armed forces, gather around the 200th C-130J Super Hercules to come off the Marietta, Georgia, assembly line after ceremonies on 23 September 2010. The first C-130J, the fifth major Hercules production variant, came off the assembly line in the fall of 1995. This particular aircraft, the second HC-130J Combat King II personnel recovery aircraft for the US Air Force, is also the 1,500th C-130 delivery to the US government since production of the Hercules began in 1954.
