A US C-130H Hercules crew from the 374th Airlift Wing at Yokota AB, Japan, drops a practice load over the base’s drop zone during the Japanese-American Friendship Festival on 20 August 2011. In addition to the host base’s C-130s, a Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force P-3C Orion was one of several military aircraft on static display during the two-day annual festival. More than 177,000 visitors attended the festival this year.
